Terms and Conditions

Application
  1. The provision of Services by BLEUNO GROUP LTD ("Bleuno") to the Client is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
  2. In the event of any discrepancy between these Master Services Terms and Conditions and the Insertion Order, the Insertion Order shall prevail.
Definitions And Interpretation

In these Master Services Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise dictates, the following shall have the following meanings:

  1. Affiliate : With respect to any party, any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control of such party from time to time.
  2. Agreement : The agreement entered between both arrays that contain the Insertion Order accompanied by these Master Services Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bleuno : This refers to BLEUNO GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales.
  4. Client : Refers to a firm, individual, or corporate body that buys goods or services from Bleuno.
  5. Services : The services that Bleuno will provide to the Client that were outlined in the Service Schedule of the Insertion Order.
Services
  1. The Client appoints Bleuno as its exclusive provider of Services, which in turn agrees under these terms.
  2. The Client agrees to pay applicable Fees, which is necessary for the delivery of Services by Bleuno from the agreed Live Date;
  3. The details related to the services will be indicated in the relevant insertion order.
Client Obligations
  1. The Client is obliged to work with Bleuno, provide accurate and timely materials and abide by all laws applicable.
  2. Without Bleuno's authorization, the Client cannot use the Competitor's service which is alike.

Extra articles are the same as above, except for the company name.

Fees
  1. The fees incurred will be paid by the client, and the client is responsible for the expenses as outlined in the Insertion Order.
Invoicing And Payment
  1. The client will get invoices as specified in the Schedule approved by us, and the client will be required to pay them during the Invoice period.
  2. Interest charges will be added if payments are received late.

Governing Law
  1. This Agreement shall be opened and interpreted following the laws of England and Wales.
  2. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
